No sex, no threesome, no rape. Just sleep... I just found that I've never knew of anything that allows you to do that. Uhm. Certainly there are mods that allows your follower to 'relax', and ocasionally one of them can go to bed. But it's quite tricky. I've never married in skyrim, but I imagine it has to be a very unsatisfactory experience...
