bobtheslayer Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 I've been trying to make a small modification to the Sexy Transparent ZIpsuit armor mod's mesh. I wanted to change the shape of the mesh slightly so that it would not clip with other armors as much. I am fairly proficient at blender, and I know a little bit of Nifskope, so exporting the file and getting it into Blender, as well as making the changes, was not an issue. However, after I finish up the edit and export the model as .obj from Blender, I import it into Nifskope, overwriting the previous mesh with the new obj. Everything is fine, the model aligns perfectly and appears in game. However, the UV map is messed up after importing into Nifskope. I need a way of overwriting the old model with the UV map intact, just keeping the changes in the mesh. I have tried bodyslide 2, but something about the way that bodyslide exports the mesh causes a loss of alignment of the hands of the mesh, so its not an option. Has anybody had this issue before and is willing to help?
