[REQz?] MogMod (or FFX/Tactics style moogle or xbreed) for Skyrim?

One of my favorite mods for Morrowind was the moogle mod, in fact it was part of the reason I kept playing it over and over. So I was wondering, does anyone here have the know-how, or knows anyone with the know-how to make a skyrim version?

... and get it right this time? Cause I'll be frank, although the Morrowind version was made of win and awesome, the Oblivion versions (both the sithdagger version and the burmacen version, never did see much difference between the two though) were just... awful. very staticy heads, very poor quality textures, helmets didn't work (that was excusable back in morrowind, but now... no.) a lot of people reported the wings being botched and ... it was just plain ugly IMO.

That's what happens though when you just try to carry over the morrowind models without any optimization and just tack them on a poorly painted over imperials body and just call it a mog mod.

And yeah, sorry about that little psueudo-rant/bash there, but there's just something about those two mods that really gets on my bad side.

Though in all likelyhood though now that I think of it, It might actually be better if whoever makes a new moogle mod DOESN'T try to remake Ian's mod... at least 100% (The version of moogles with Large dragon wings, very small bobbles, more feline ears hands and feet, and digitrade legs), but instead they'd probably be better off using the Ivalice Moogles (Large rabbit ears, huge bobbles very small wings, but ultimately more human feet and hands.) Or some mix between the two (Example: Machall-style feline-ish head and ears, using khajiit style body for fur (which the orignal machall was based off of in morrowind anyway), but using the ivalican/vanilla khajiit hands/arms/legs/feet. Wing size and bobble size could go either way there but one of the funnest things about being moogle in morrowind was the ability to jump around long and high distances.)

What do you guys think?

Personally, I'm looking forward to a new moogle-mod of some sort. I'd like to play a moogle character, and lacking any modeling or animating skills myself, I've been holding off playing Skyrim for a while in the hopes of a new one coming out.

I liked the Moogles from FFXI, it would be really cool if you could change who sells the houses and furniture for the houses to be a moogle outside the house or in the center of the town. and maybe make a moogle companion if that is possible.
