Cannot get Vipcxjs High Heels system to work

And I tried everything, I googled a lot but still the same shit. This worked for me some time ago when I was playing the game, but now it's impossible. I wanted to play oblivion again, so I installed the game, put the mods, but the heels just don't work.

 

I checked everything but I don't know what could it be the problem. The load order in the obmm is ok, the vicpcxj plugin collection dll in the right place (data/obse/plugins), NIF Universal Skeleton... but the heels won't elevate, I tried everything, the in-game menu, but cannot get to work. Also, outfits that requires this mod to work have the breasts all messed up. I just don't know what more I have to do. Some help would be appreciated.

 

Edit: oh, and the changeheight spell doesn't work, not even a lights effect or something...

NEVERMIND, it works now. I followed an old post in tesnexus:

 

"Well after reading through ever single post I found about this mod I found out how to get this working. I used the Oblivion Mod Manager, went into Utilities, Archive Invalidation and selected BSA alteration and checked textures and meshes, with autoupdate on exit checked too."

 

I made this and now it works fine.
