help about crossbows!

for some weird reason if I use crossbows they don't work its like.. after putting a bolt it stops there..

 

and just now I tried to use a mod called modern firearms(yes crossbow mod)

 

the move is working (the guns shoots) but they wont stop.. that I always need to press r to stop it..

 

anyone got a clue how did this happen? I installed dual sheath before and I thought it is the problem so I uninstalled it but I got no luck..
