Troule with Frostfall+RND

Hi

For some reason, when I try to sleep using the tents form Frostfall, it won't reduce the sleep tiredness caused by RND, it only works if I go and rent a room in the inn, I checked on the Frostfall page, and it says it should be implicitly compatible with RND or Imp's needs, also, when I try to fill a empty bottle on the river it won't let me, I click on the bottle while standing on the river, but the bottle just disappears from my inventory and reappears immediately, still as an empty bottle.
