What mod is the eyes?

I just noticed that this character i found from someone named Knight8x has dark elf race.

I tried doing it but noticed that the dark elf eyes are only red. I use ECE and the eye colors for dark elf is just plain normal ones.

Anyone know what he might be using to get the color and eyes like that?

Even if it isn't there's probably something very similar you will like. It has a LOT of eyes.
