This mod was originally made by Elewin on the nexus, but NEVER released, and was last updated 8 months ago.

He seems to have been out of the modding scene for some months now and was banned from the nexus for some reason according to his profile on their forums, so the odds on this ever being released isn't high.

Can't or I would have already. Elewin was banned from the nexus and thus cannot PM him/her. At least that's what "group" his nexus profile says Elewin is in.
