Blood Settings?

Hi again

I have some trouble for blood in game, i saw the vanilla skyrim have a lot of it every time that you hit an enemy, but i can't replicate that for some reason with this customs ini that i downloaded, the game only show a little spurt of blood

So, what setting or mod allow to show a good quantity of blood in game without a texture resizing?
also i don't want to use vanilla ini because this one improve the performance a lot
