I got tired of sex that forgets what the couple allowed.

WickedWhims plays the act. A trait pins a label on one Sim. Neither one remembers an agreement. THE TERMS is the agreement. Two adults write it. The household pays for the night out. Dawn keeps score.

Install
Script mods allowed: on.
One folder deep:
Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods\BlackBox_TheTerms\
The file in the zip is BlackBox_TheTerms_Lite.ts4script.
Do not also install the paid script.
Load a lot. Run bb.terms.status.
You want: THE TERMS v1.0.10 lite

Base game. Patch 1.128. No package. WickedWhims is not required for this file.
The 1.0.1 menu was used on a lot. A 1.0.2 dawn scored on a lot. The 1.0.4 talk menu was hooked on a lot. A 1.0.6 session showed each talk row twice. 1.0.7 still drew a second copy. This 1.0.10 file keeps one. Go out pays §1,000 once. I have not confirmed that single row on a lot yet. bb.terms.status is the check.
