I've noticed that some other skin overlays over the actual skin of NPC's and my player character. First,m I thought my skin mod (BNP for male and female) was the problem and disabled it. But, the same thing happens even with vanilla skin! I get to see the muscles and the veins for a moment, then the skin just becomes...flat. When I adjust the sliders, the muscles appear again, then dissapear.
