DD Chastity orgasms?

Hello everyone.

Is there a way to have characters wearing a chastity belt to have an orgasm during a SL anal sex scene?

Devious Devices specifically has open back belts, but from what I can see, wearing a belt completely blocks orgasms no matter the type of sex.
