Mod to reduce the collision box of dogs and wolves?

I like having Meeko or Vigilance along with me but its frustrating how the game treats canines like they are the size of a mammoth. So even in a fairly large hallway or doors NPCs will act like the dog is ten times the size it really is and wont be able to get past. Leads to all sorts of issues with quest NPCs not being able to follow the player properly, companion characters running back and forth unable to get past the dog and it just seems like a dumb oversight by Bethesda. Shocking i know.

If anyone knows how to fix this id happily commission your time and effort and im sure other people would want to use the mod so id be happy with it being shared publicly. Im guessing its something NifSkope could solve but im not expert with that software.

If this is something you are interested in solving pls respond here as there is way to many scammers these days to want to deal with a stranger in PMs. I hope you understand. Asked this on the Nexus and of course got a PM from someone with a 3 hour old account. Yeah, no.

@traison i already have a mod that lets my player get past my followers including pets, what i am seeking is something to let NPCs get past canines. Meeko or Vigilance can block a large hallway by just standing in it so other NPCs will act like they cant get past when in reality there is like ten feet on each side of the dog.

In the dungeons that have a gate that auto closes behind the player its annoying when my dog stops in the doorway of the gate because of course he does and my other follower(s) will act like he is completely blocking the way when in reality there is loads of room on each side of the mutt.

Bethesda gave dogs the collision avoidance box of a cave bear so other NPCs think there is no way past. Im honestly surprised no one has fixed this yet.

Ah I see this is more of a pathfinding issue and not a collision issue like I read it at first. I don't recall ever seeing any kind of "space reservation radius" in Skyrim but I'll have a poke around the records to see if I find anything. Editing later with results.

Edit: There's a bounding sphere field with a radius in every BSTriShape. For the MNC dog for instance it's 80 units which is equal to the dog mesh's height and length but obviously overflows the width quite a lot. Are you able to adjust this value yourself to test if it affects your issue?
