i cant find it anywhere. never thought id miss it. there seems to be no comparable sliders.

That the one that made the Sim wider on the Y axis (don't know if I'm explaining myself)? If that's it you can try Hokusai's body overhaul sliders. The Feet slider has it. You have to put the Sim looking to the right side in CAS then hold and drag the feet up.

 

Edit: If it's the one that makes the butt area bigger, It's on the Neck. You'll have to place the Sims back facing you and drag the neck down.
