load order Need help with Load Order + Horizon

Hi, I decided to try the Horizons mod, but it's my first time using MO2 and I can't tell exactly what my order should look like, outside of the Horizons files where i followed the guide on the nexus page. I can't get Looks Menu Customization to work, or Refined Male Head Mesh, or HiPoly Headmesh to work. Also I'm stuck in the ugly underwear that Horizons forces you into, though i managed to get CBBE working under the underwear.

 

If anyone could check my load order and help me out, it'd be REALLY appreciated.
