You don't really need to work hard and get a mod for it. If you have CE, to get a prisoner you can just open console and type:
 

captivity.create_new_prisoner

For a random 20-39 aged female from a random culture.
 

captivity.create_new_prisoner vlandia

For a specific culture, for example.

There is a mod "Chivalry is dead" a few threads below that gives you a chance of spawning a villager you can capture when visiting towns.
