Commonwealth slavers

I'm trying commonwealth slavers mod for the first time and have gotten to the futa content, but no matter what it won't activate i.e. I have gotten to the queens nest but can't get a penis. Not even through the MCM menu. On the LL page no prerequisite mod are listed for this content. Am I missing something or is this a bug?

There is a "Get support" button where you downloaded the file on LL, it's best to ask there where the author may see it.  He is pretty responsive for his mods.

 

As for the question I am not aware of anything specifically, but you have to enable that content in the MCM and I recall it is triggered during a certain quest when that MCM setting is on.  I recall JB had permission from the original author and incorporated the assets in his mod, so I don't think you need anything extra other than perhaps animations.
