Lilac Pill
a light version of the Purple pill
 

the mod allows you to keep your penis and have sexual male function when transforming into female. And you do not lose your female functions and organs.
Breeder variation increase the chance of impregnating a bar girl - but ir has side effects as you keep a very functional womb in this transformation.
Resistance and Cum cure have specific adaptations in its Lillac Variants.
