Newcrest Reimagined - Cartoon Map Overhaul

Give Newcrest a playful new look with Modnest's cartoon world-map replacement. Bright greens, blue waterways, pink flowering trees, and bold outlines turn the map screen into a colorful illustrated backdrop.

This is a static visual replacement for the Newcrest world-map screen. It uses the world's native map dimensions and does not replace playable lots or change gameplay. No script mod is required. The map is for the Base Game world.

Installation

1. Close The Sims 4 and extract the downloaded ZIP file.
2. Place Newcrest_Modnest_Cartoon.package in your The Sims 4 Mods folder.
3. Remove any other Newcrest map replacement. Use only one at a time.
4. Enable Custom Content and Mods in Game Options, then restart the game.

If an older map remains visible after updating or removing this mod, delete localthumbcache.package from your The Sims 4 folder while the game is closed, then relaunch it.

Uninstall

Remove Newcrest_Modnest_Cartoon.package from your Mods folder. Clear localthumbcache.package if the map remains cached.
