issue with yamate redux during scene

I'm having an issue with yamate redux in which i use both rushed and traditional mode, but when it starts a scene the other enemies that arent engaged start attacking me during the scene and disrupt the animation, it's very annoying and im not entirely sure whats causing it, if its the mod by itself, or some external factor, either way i tried disabling any AI behavioural changing mods to see if theyre a cause but it doesnt seem so.
