the male charactor is flaccid during the animation

for most of time the male charactor is erect at beginning and they flaccid when i randomly or next/previous their animation.

Sometime they just stay flaccid for the whole time. 

I dont know what the problem is.

I tryed start a new game and at the beginning of the game , almost all animation is working perfectly fine on nate and my nora. But when the game is proceed to get in the vault and after, the male charactor start to flaccid in most of the animation.

The mod list is down below, plz someone help me with this, i already reinstall the aff for many times.

Now i find only nate erection is working, and on the other male charactor sometime it worked somtime it didnt
