Issue with vampirism updated

Here's the problem. After loading my game, my character stops being a vampire (kind of?). I have Better Vampires installed with the latest version, along with High Poly Head with vampire fix, and Female Vampires Have Fangs. After hours of checking, I'm still having no luck, and I've gone deep with this. I checked my race in both Better Vampires and More Informative Console, and while BV says I'm a vampire, MIC says I'm not. Despite this, I can't find what's causing the issue. I've tried disabling both HPH and FVHF, and that didn't work. I tried using xEdit to see if something was messing with the PlayerVampireQuest thing, and that turned up nothing. I tried resetting BV, and that wasn't it. In fact, all BV gives me is saying that keywords "ActorTypeUndead" and "Vampire" are missing, despite still having the "PlayerIsVampire=1".

 

I have no mods that affect vanilla races, at least like this.
