Bugged UI

So when I start my game and go into setting I used base & OpenStarBound to test this and this still happens in both versions I got rid of all underwear removal and UI mods excluding the wardrobe mods and the bug still happens.
The UI bug forces my UI up so high that I cannot interact with my head slot and it makes navigating my inventory basically impossible, I DID remove all of my mods that changed UI excluding the wardrobe mods as I figured they were alright, No matter what I did the UI was still at the top of my screen, I've had no UI problems until I installed Saucy Overhaul and removing it from my mods folder fixes the UI issue, Hopefully the screenshot help you figure out what is going on.
