Help! NEW TO This!

So ive messed around with Passion and Kw a few times but never was able to have the experience i feel like i should after looking at screenshots on these forums.  I have been having trouble knowing what to downlaod where to find the correct downloads. Can anybody point me in the right directions or maybe take a look at my mods folder to tell me if im doing this correctly?
