Confidence Cascade is a chaotic gameplay mod built around one simple idea:

What happens when your Sim becomes so Confident that the entire neighborhood starts making questionable life decisions?
 

When your currently controlled Sim enters the Confident emotional state, Confidence Cascade begins scanning nearby Sims and triggering unpredictable consequences around them.

Eligible Sims within a massive 1000-unit radius can suddenly become genuinely pregnant through The Sims 4's native pregnancy system. These are not fake buffs, cosmetic flags, or temporary visual effects — the pregnancy is real, persistent, and progresses normally through the game.
 

And your Sim? They get the news.
 

Whenever a pregnancy successfully triggers, the player's phone receives a dramatic notification with a rotating collection of professionally written messages ranging from absurd comedy to completely unnecessary biblical prophecy.

Expect things like:

“And behold, she was with child; and the neighborhood looked upon the calendar and said, ‘Well… that escalated quickly.’”

Or:

“Behold! Another household hath received an unexpected expansion pack.”

Meanwhile, Confidence Cascade can also reward your household with rapid §1–§5 money showers, firing repeatedly for several seconds while your Sim remains in the right emotional state.
 

The point is not balance.

The point is anticipation.

You see your Sim become Confident and immediately start wondering:
 

Who is about to get pregnant?
Is the phone going to ring?
Is money about to start raining?
What kind of disaster did Inspired Heat just create?
And can The House somehow make this situation even worse?
 

That is exactly the gameplay loop this mod is designed to create.

For the intended BlackBoxMods experience, this release is designed to be played together with:

• WickedWhims — adult interactions and the broader relationship/sexual gameplay foundation.
• Inspired Heat — adds the emotional and behavioral chaos that makes the surrounding Sims far less predictable.
• The House — gambling, risk, rewards, and another layer of compulsive “one more event” gameplay.
• Confidence Cascade — turns your Sim's confidence into a neighborhood-wide pregnancy and money event.

Used together, the four mods create a much more reactive adult sandbox where emotions, sex, gambling, pregnancy, money, and bad decisions can collide naturally during the same play session.

What Confidence Cascade adds

Real pregnancies.
Only valid nearby Sims are selected. The controlled Sim is excluded, active-household Sims can be excluded, already-pregnant Sims are ignored, and the game confirms the pregnancy actually succeeded before showing the notification.

1000-unit neighborhood scan.
The effect is not limited to the Sim standing directly beside you. Confidence can influence a large portion of the currently loaded population.

Pregnancy phone messages.
After a successful pregnancy, your controlled Sim receives an in-game message with varied comedic dialogue, including mock-biblical announcements.

Money showers.
Instead of a boring single payout, the mod can produce a rapid stream of small §1–§5 rewards for several seconds.

No repetitive spam writing.
The notification system rotates through a larger message pool and avoids immediately repeating the same jokes.

Built for chaos.
Confidence Cascade is deliberately designed to become much more entertaining when combined with WickedWhims, Inspired Heat, and The House.
