Distributing armor with SPID

I'm trying to use SPID to make female bandits between levels 10 and 16 equip pieces of the Bubblegum Steel Plate Armor Set mod with a low 10% chance.
I want to learn how to distribute various pieces of armor, but I'm getting an error and I don't know what I did wrong. Can you take a look at it and help me fix it?

I want to learn how to distribute various armor sets from different mods among the female bandits. If there's an easier way, that's fine too. Thanks.
