strange weird purple clothing

yesterday i have installed couple of mods (erin race and couple of its presets + wigs for the race from tulius) and after that after i take off my armor i find that there is strange purple shirt and pants. it is not equipment but like part of the characters skin. I have no idea what caused this. Maybe someone been through this and know what could be the problem?

it also seems to only appear on erin race whenever i pick it. The characters just keeps getting purple bra and pants for no reason

go into your character overlays from racemenu (open the console and type showracemenu) then check and see if there are overlays enabled for body, face, feet, hands and one by one go ahead and toggle them off (the ones that dont say default) by changing their color transparency to 0 via the slider. Once u find the right one you'll see their color go back to normal. 

 

it just means u have a missing texture and that texture is being applied to your character.

i did try to check if there were any overlays but there wasnt. The purple bra and pants seem to appear when i try to build erin race body in bodyslide. That when the issue appears

they say its cuz of preset. if it isnt this then idk sorry. you're better off finding your answer on the nexus page instead

quick question. i do have presets for normal races (mostly nord) but i was wondering (im not that great in modding or anything like that...) should i move erin race above other mods? I heard something about this but im not sure

No, they aren't talking about the non-Erin presets, only the Erin presets. Do you have Erin presets? If yes, then disable them and see if it works. If it works, then you've successfully identified the issue. If you don't have Erin presets and you don't have any files that are actively conflicting with Erin then I guess what I would do is make Erin load LAST or very late at least, and then see if that fixes the issue. If that doesn't fix the issue then the only two last things I can think of before giving up entirely is slavetats or body mod (3ba, unp) and seeing if thats why.
