Creatures with new replacers

I can't get creatures to work with the new animal replacer. Only the dog and rats work correct, others summoned animals (and some in the open world) don't have heads. I've tried changing the order through MO2 (I install all my mods in MO2), and I've even tried dropping the replacers into the creatures folder with replacements, but the summoned animals still don't have heads. replacer is very good though...(
