Could someone make a perverse version of "NPCs also travel"?

I discovered it recently and I love the idea of meeting other travelers, but I’d like it even more if it better reflected a depraved world; for example, if there were slave traders roaming the wasteland with slaves that the player could rescue, or if those traders also wanted to acquire a new slave—some by force and others through deception. I’d also like to see exhibitionists, dominants—whether aggressive or submissive—trapped in devices, black markets where the player might end up, quests involving bestiality… anything that reflects a depraved wasteland with a BDSM atmosphere. I’d like those who see my request to share their ideas on how they would make the wasteland depraved, since this is just a request—I’m simply hoping someone will take inspiration from it and create it; otherwise, it’ll just remain a suggestion. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/16987

I second this motion. And It doesnt even ahve to be complex.

Even just the occasional small group of 2-3 raiders (who dont shoot at you) with a small group of young women in tow would be nice and atmospheric.
