How to make/find a HIMBO gap cover?

I've been trying to make a slot52 mesh that will cover the himbo pelvis gap and serve as a bulge reference when included in some outfits. I tried lots of different things but the main issue is that when I conform it to the reference body, the entire cover displaces down and forward about an inch. Another issue is that the seam around the base of the cover gets crumpled and ruined whenever it gets exported out of outfit studio (this ruined topology never actually shows up in outfit studio or bodyslide, but it's always there in nifskope. In game, I don't see this topology either, but conforming it to the reference first will show a slight modification to the base's shape.

 

Series 1: The first image is the original mesh ([LDD] TRX - Male Penis SMP, in the BaseShape folder) before sending it to outfit studio. The second is the the unconformed oufit studio BaseShape file output, and the third is the low weight bodyslide output that made it in game. Everything after touching outfit studio looks screwed up around the base, but the in game result actually looked correct.

Series2: This is me trying to conform the cover to the reference himbo body (himbutt, in this case). First image is the original source mesh again. Second image is the conformed outfit studio BaseShape output. Third is the low weight output from BodySlide, everything on 0 sliders as I'm on OBody NG (4th image is the high weight output from bodyslide, there's some jagged areas sticking out of the shaft. Would like to know how to fix that because I see the same thing on high weight around ankles when doing heeled boots). This resulted in the cover appearing 1 inch down and forward from its intended position.

Has someone already done this job for me, or do I have to figure out how to fix this? I'm just trying to get a flacid himbo gap cover that conforms to the body's sliders and reacts to body physics along with the clothing on top of it when legs are moving/etc, and that doesn't itself tilt up or down or react to arousal so as not to poke out of clothing. I tried getting opinions from LLMs but there's little progress there.
