Skyrim SE load order requested

Hello to all Skyrim fans!

 

I’m bored again, and after a break of nearly three years, I’d like to give Skyrim SE another shot.
Since my load order would almost certainly lead to various conflicts—and I didn't have oStim in my previous setup—I wanted to kindly ask if anyone here would be willing to share a working load order with me.
Personally, I tend to want everything, which leads me to install way too much. My last Skyrim playthrough involved 218 mods, many of which were purely cosmetic.

I play as a female character; I enjoy a submissive playstyle and prefer quests over just mindlessly hooking up.
