How to change a sim's outfit while posing?

For story-telling purposes, I need to change the outfit of a couple of sims while keeping them posed in the same position. I can't figure out how to do this, because normally I would use MCCC to immediately change the outfit, but the MCCC menu disappears once the sim is posing.

 

Anything obvious I'm missing?

 

Edit: I actually figured out two solutions:

1) Enable the "Allow Vanilla Interactions" switch in WW

2) Move everyone into the same household so they can interact with themselves in WW

 

Both require a bit of work, so I'll leave this post up in case someone knows of an easier solution.
