Which mod is the “End of Child-bearing” from?

I added tens of mods to the game ,so I  can't tell which one it is.Does anyone know?

I... am pretty sure that's base game. All women in ck3 experience menopause at their 45th birthday and only some modifiers like the fecund trait extend this.
Of course some mod could fiddle with it, but the mechanic itself is base game.

If it's a modifier, then it's probably from Love Marriage Family. LMF is also integrated into A Game of Thrones. I think there's game rule for the fertility\pregnancy modifiers, but you can also manually tweak the values at common\modifiers\zz_lmfmod_modifiers.txt file for the standalone mod. AGOT has probably text files with lmf_ prefix somewhere around there too.
