Spell Hotbar

I was experimenting with this mod  Spell Hotbar

Something really strange is happening. When I launch the game, the window shrinks to an icon in the taskbar, making it impossible to access the game at all. Does anyone else use this game? Have you encountered the same problem?

Yes, I’ve already asked on the Nexus support forum, and while I wait for a response, I’m asking you all as well. I’ve checked the mod, and it doesn’t include a configuration file.
