V Assaulted after being flatlined in Trauma Team International Mod?

Recently started doing a more immersive play through and installed a bunch of immersion mods, one of which was the Trauma Team International - Premium Coverage mod which does a few things, mainly adding an alternative to a death screen. Namely though, if your V does NOT have coverage and you get flatlined, instead of dying and getting a game over screen, you'll get a System Malfunction screen then your V will wake up in a random location either in a junk yard, an alley way or behind some dumpsters somewhere in Night City robbed and stripped naked. I think you can see the implications here, right? So my thought would be a fork of the mod or something along those lines that could add in a scene of V getting used either by the NPCs that flatlined them or just by random NPCs in general (maybe they were dumped in an alley unconscious and some horny passerby decided to have some fun, who knows). Clearly this would be a massive undertaking, but it was just scratching that part of my brain where I couldn't not at least put it out there.
