(Request) "cut here" body overlay

im not 100% what its called "cut here" "amputation line"?... but any ways... im looking for a overlay mod that has the dash marks on the upper arm and thigh.
idk if im getting to specific but ideally just the dashed line (i believe the type of marking im looking for typically has the says "cut here" and has a pair of scissors on the dashed line)

The ones starting with * were found in the complete pack, or had to be created by mirroring an existing tattoo and adding it to the pack. 

I had this all saved since I tried to do something related to the tattoos using dynamic dialogue. But it didn't work in the end.
