CTD during combat

So whenever I enter a heavy fight, like mulitple gunners/raiders or big creatures like the Mirelurk Queen, I get a CTD. It doesn't always happen, but I've narrowed it down to combat situations. Whenever I do see a big fight coming on, I always console command away from there or try to avoid the battle completely so I won't get the CTD and i'm sick of it. I have Weapon Debris turned all the way off too, so I don't know what's causing it.

Can you post your game version, modlist and if you are using buffout 4/ addictol could you post a crashlog too?
