Modding does seem to he possible. It’s just on people if they wanna make em

Modding is possible and has been even before the pc launcher. Its just mainly through non-english channels. I haven't had the chance to look into how it's done for PC, but for mobile devices its essentially just using AB file editors and then changing the info for said files in the hot_update_list.json and persistent_res_list.json to match the edited files. As with every gacha game though, technically a bannable offense. So as per usual tread with caution.
