caradas1030 Posted December 28, 2011 Posted December 28, 2011 I have a pair of boots that I'm trying to tweak so that they'll fit on a different body size. I've tried using Blender's sculpt, but due to the nature of the boots I have been unsuccessful. A better, easier option would be to scale them in NifSkope, but since both boots are counted as one item, scaling them puts them off center. Â How would I go about separating the boots so that I can scale and move them individually?
Firedoom Posted December 28, 2011 Posted December 28, 2011 My method for doing so would be to scale the boots first in Nifskope and then move the boots (on the y or the x axis) in blender by selecting one at a time in edit mode. Make sure to include the feet and legs you're trying to match them up with when you import them into blender.
caradas1030 Posted December 28, 2011 Author Posted December 28, 2011 So I've been working on the boots and have things as good as I can get them and I've hit another snag; Blender ins't exporting. I've exported from Blender before, today even and during this project, but I can't for the life of me get it to work again. When I export, all I get is an empty .nif. What's going on?
Firedoom Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 I recall running into something like that when I first started trying to export things. Make sure you export from object mode after selecting all.
