Justinof Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago I have a glitch that is driving me nuts: my player character is always sunk 10 cm. into the ground. >>See screeshot, the PC is on the right. The NPCs arent' affected by this problem, only the PC. It doesn't matter if she is naked, wear High Heels or vanilla shoes, the problem is always there. High Heels works correctly but since the starting point is too low all Sexlab animations are misalligned and if i correct the animations they become off for the NPCs obviously... Any help would be very appreciated.
Dorabella Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago 1) With Nifskope , open shoes and check where the HH OFSET is located , change its value Spoiler 2) With Nifskope , open shoes and check where the HH OFSET is located , If it's on your feet, move it to your shoes Extend 0NiNode, See where the NiFloatExtraData string is located , Right-click on the string, select LCTRL+SHIFT (for copy), move to shoes and LCTRL+V (Drop into shoes), Right-click on the string in the “feet” section and select “Remove Branch” Spoiler Before Spoiler After Spoiler Delete If you've remade a shoe in Bodyslide, make sure you don't have a version of the shoe without HH OFSET/SDTA. Rebuild it without using Batch Build. If you have multiple shoes of the same model, it's likely that the one without HH has overwritten the one with HH.
Justinof Posted 17 hours ago Author Posted 17 hours ago Thanks for the replay, but as i have mentioned already the problem could not be related to a .nif file since it happens whit every shoes she is wearing and even whit naked feet. In the first screenshot she is wearing the same high heels shoes as her follower, in the second they are both whit naked feet (and the NPC is slight floating in the air now that i have noticed, damn...) I use Softbody, maybe it is related? But the same body is used by everyone in the game, why only the PC is sunk?

Do you have any mods that only affect the main character? 22 minutes ago, Justinof said: wearing the same high heels shoes as her follower Does the follower use a custom body?
Justinof Posted 16 hours ago Author Posted 16 hours ago I am not aware of a mod that i use that could affect the PC only in relation to her position, i have to check attentively. The follower use the same body as the PC. I am going to update Softbody anyway, maybe it fix this problem and maybe not.

Here's a quick sanity test you can do to test if it's coming from Papyrus (somewhat likely): Delete or rename nioverride.pex in RaceMenu and make sure no other mod is providing an alternative. If the problem goes away, you have a mod that's moving the root node of your player character.

High Heel System It could be the cause, affecting the script HDT HighHeels System If it's installed, uninstall it. Extract the ZIP file to any location and manually install only the master (ESM), or create a ZIP file containing only the master and install it using ModManager. By removing the scripts, only the HHOFSET for the shoes will be used.

The only similar file i have in the mods is NiOverrideCleanScript.pex inside SlaveTats NG, but even renaming it doesn't solve anything sadly.

I have installed RaceMenu SE RaceMenu High Heels and RaceMenu High Heel Sexlab Patch as last in load order. The only option that remain seems to disable, 1 by 1, the scripts inside these mod and test if the problem is solved (but i doubt). BTW updating Softbody was not the solution i hoped for.
