OStim Sexual Life - W.I.P

View File

Now Available (Beta)

Skyrim counts every dragon you put down. It has never counted a single night.

Every adult mod that needs to know what your character has done ends up writing its own notebook. One counts orgasms, another counts scenes. One reads OStim's metadata this way, another that way. Each of them carries its own copy of OStim's action list, and every OStim update leaves those copies a little more wrong.

So the same character ends up with three different histories, none of which agree — and a modder who wants to ask a simple question, has she done this before?, has nowhere to ask it.

OStim Sexual Life is the notebook, on its own. It watches OStim scenes and writes down what happened. That's all it does. No spells, no debuffs, no dialogue, nothing added to your game — because a framework that also plays gameplay designer is a framework nobody wants to depend on.

What's included:

  • Acts, by category and direction — vaginal, anal, oral, hands and thighs, breast, foot, foreplay, alone. Each one split into what you gave and what you took, read from the direction of the act itself rather than guessed from who was "dominant".

  • A whole scene counts once — twenty animation changes is still one encounter. Orgasms are the exception, counted one by one.

  • How it happened — double penetration, threesomes, gangbangs, orgies, rough, aggressive, creatures, same sex, alone.

  • Your firsts — the first time for each kind of act, kept separately, so a mod can know exactly what she has never done.

  • Partners — counted once each, however many times you go back, plus who it was last.

  • NPCs are tracked too — everyone you sleep with keeps their own history, so mods can tell the veteran from the one who has never been touched.

  • An MCM you can read — live numbers on one page, and a journal that tells you the same thing in words.

  • Your old progress comes with you — anything recorded by OStim Experience or OEager is imported the first time this loads. Nothing is counted twice.

This isn't a stats screen. It's the ledger the next mods get built on.

Because OStim needs a reputation. A world that never notices is a world that isn't really there, and no reputation system can exist until something is keeping score.

OStim Sexual Fame is what this was built for: a Skyrim where the innkeeper's tone depends on what the town has heard about you. That one is coming. He doesn't ship on a schedule, he ships when it's right — and this is the part that had to be solid first.

Requirements

  • Skyrim Special Edition / Anniversary Edition

  • SKSE64

  • OStim Standalone (and whatever OStim itself requires)

  • PapyrusUtil SE / AE

  • SkyUI 5.2+

  • MCM Helper

Optional: nothing. There is no SKSE plugin of its own, no ESM, one small ESP, and it runs alongside anything else in your OStim setup.

Installation

  1. Install with your mod manager and enable OSexLife.esp

  2. Load your save — including an existing one. The mod ships its own SEQ file, so the quests start on a save that never had it.

  3. Open the MCM (OStim Sexual Life) and have a look at Settings.

  4. Go have sex. The numbers move when the scene ends, not while it runs.

Uninstalling leaves nothing behind in your save: everything lives in PapyrusUtil storage, not in the plugin. No orphaned script waiting for you.

Beta notes

This is a beta. The counting has been tested, but not by enough people and not in enough kinds of scenes. What would help most, in order:

  • A plain one-on-one scene — did the right categories move, on the right side of given/taken?

  • Changing animations several times in one scene — it must still count as one encounter.

  • A threesome, and then something bigger — do Threesomes / Gangbangs / Orgies move?

  • Real double penetration — two partners at once should register; two partners taking turns should not.

  • Saving and loading in the middle of a scene — nothing lost, nothing doubled.

  • Coming from OStim Experience or OEager — did your old numbers arrive?

There's a Debug log toggle in Settings. Turn it on, run a scene, and your Papyrus.0.log will hold exactly what the mod saw — which is worth far more to me than "it seems wrong". Turn it off afterwards.

For mod authors

The archive has an "OSexLife API" folder with OSexLife.psc. Drop it in your import path and call it — every function is Global, so there's no quest to fill in, no alias, no property:

Int timesTaken = OSexLife.GetCount(akActor, OSexLife.CAT_ANAL(), OSexLife.ROLE_TAKE())
Bool herFirst = OSexLife.IsVirginIn(akActor, OSexLife.CAT_VAGINAL())
Float days = OSexLife.GetDaysSinceAny(akActor)

The player's numbers are also mirrored into GlobalVariables, which means you can gate dialogue on GetGlobalValue without writing a single line of Papyrus.

Ask for anything you need from the API and it goes on the list. This mod is only worth building if other people build on it.

18+. What gets written down here stays between you and the notebook.

EXCELLENT!!

This is one I will be watching very closely. Currently in the middle of creating a Fallout 4 modlist but right after that I am going to dive back in to Skyirm modding and create a brand new list. Previously I have tried OStim SA in a build, Sexlab P+ in a build and the last one used both P+ and OStimSA. Based on the last time I have concluded its better to stick with one interface and so far OStimSA has worked the best for me.

One example pertinent to this one was SLSF which I like a lot but it doesnt track any OStim stats. The issue as I understand it is that (due to the morals of the author) OStim doesn't keep track of or act on "aggressive" or any creature related stats along with other things like that..

But  the aggressive  animations are out there and there has been movement on integrating creatures into Hopefully the work here will add to that and give us a proper OStim rep tracking that will allow your future OSTIMSR to track some of the aggressive Ostim animations right... they do exist but not well supported.

Anyways. Enough of my ramblings. I will be checking back here in a month or so when I get back to Skyrim and after I get OStimSA working will install your beta to assist in the effort!!

Hi, Great mod for supplementing Ostim. Does the mod track who had sex with player and how long it was since they had sex in global variable for last partner or individual partners are tracked as well?

Thats excellent news!!

If I may be so bold as to offer both encouragement and suggesting/request. You probably already support this or have it planned but hopefully you will also track who player had sex with....what race. Did player climax during scene (maybe to build preference for one race/sex combo via your later mod... i dont know). Those are the ones i can think of off the bat.

Maybe consider integration with OVirginity?

I will be back in Skyrim modding in about a month I would estimate and I will be testing this out then when I get to that point in the build. :)

The mod doesn't just remember your last partner yet. It keeps a separate page for every single person your character has been with, how many times it happened with them, when the first time was, when the most recent one was, and how long it's been since. There's a "lovers" list in the menu where you can read all of it back.

It also quietly notices when someone is fading out of your life. Somebody you saw constantly a season ago and haven't touched since gradually stops counting as someone close, without you having to do anything about it.

About the global variable side — that part only holds numbers, not people. So it can tell you how many partners you've had, how many encounters, how many days since the last time, and so on, and any mod can read those without doing real work. But a number can't hold a person, so "who" lives in the mod's own records rather than in a global. It's all readable, just not through that door.

One thing you've made me add: right now "how long since I slept with this specific person" means taking GetLoverLastTime and doing the subtraction yourself. That should just be a function. GetDaysSinceLover(act, lover) is going on the list — thanks for asking the question that exposed it.

Two of these already exist, so let me save you the wait.

Race is already tracked. Open the MCM, go to the journal, and there's a page called Who you have taken to bed — it lists them plainly, one line per race, with a count. Dremora: 26. Nord: 5. That kind of thing. Vampires show as their own race, and a werewolf shows as a werewolf, because to be in a scene at all it has to be transformed.

Climax is already tracked per scene for your recent encounters, including who came.

But the thing you were actually asking for doesn't exist yet, and you're right that it should. Orgasms are counted, and partners are counted, but the two are never tied together in a way that lasts. So "how many times has she come with a Dremora" is a question the mod currently can't answer, because that link gets thrown away. That's now the top item on my list.

It's a subtler problem than it looks, though, and I want to be honest about why it isn't just a counter. A lifetime tally can't express preference — someone with four hundred encounters with Nords stays a Nord person forever, even if she hasn't looked at one in two in-game years. But looking only at the recent stretch doesn't work either: if the last fifty happened to be Orcs, that might just mean she spent a season somewhere with a lot of Orcs. Circumstance isn't taste. So the plan is to keep both — the whole history and a rolling window of what's been happening lately — and hand a mod both numbers without telling it what they mean. Deciding that someone "prefers daedra" is a judgement, and judgement belongs in the fame mod I'm building on top of this, not in the notebook.

Also going in, and this is the part I'm most interested in: whether she came before the scene ended, who was responsible, and the case nobody thinks to ask about — somebody finished and she didn't. Right now an encounter where she got nothing looks identical to one where she did. That's a real thing to have happened, and it should be written down.

On OVirginity — I went and looked properly rather than guess.

The way it decides who's a virgin is a dice roll that happens the first time anything asks about that person, weighted by whether they're married, a prostitute, elderly and so on. It never looks at whether that person has any history. So if your character slept with someone a month ago and nothing had happened to ask about them since, they can still come back a virgin.

My mod is the thing that knows who has a history. So the integration worth doing isn't merging them — it's letting it ask before it rolls.

The other half runs the other way. When a first time does happen, OVirginity remembers the name of who it was, as text on its menu page. Mine could keep the actual record of it — who they were, what they were, and when. Its job is the state and the moment; mine is the memory. Those two fit together well, and I'll reach out on that side rather than build something in a corner.

No dates on any of this. It gets done when it's right.

Thank you for the detailed and thoughtful reply! I looked through some of your other projects on Patreon and I am loving your work so far. Will be trying out several of your projects when Skyrim time comes.

Sadly there are some OStim limits that might affect those stats. For example... OStim limits the number of cum bars allowed... i think to 4 (Player + 3 others) so any actors after that may not even get tracked by mod. It sucks cause there are animations for more but oh well lol. Another example might be the way OStim limits the way you can end a scene (I mean w/o the end scene OStim control key). My last modlist I wanted to configure OStim to end when the last male had climaxed regardless of if the female did. Nope cant do it lol. Who knows what else would be a roadblock for any creature related stuff via OCreature Redux or something.

Anyways. I am rambling.

Thanks again for your work. Your engagement has gained you another Patreon subscriber and maybe more than a free one soon!

Thanks for the explanation. Can you add global variables that indicate if the last sex partner is spouse or follower or both?

Something like

OSexlifeLastPartnerSpouse = 0 or 1

OSexLifeLastPartnerFollower = 0 or 1

(0=false, 1=True)
