 you need to load that specific rig data when exporting/importing. Please try re-exporting/importing after placing the WW package data—and the rig data provided here, just to be safe—into the appropriate folder.

C:\Users\[username]\OneDrive(If there is one)\Documents\Sims 4 Studio\Mods

 

Other potential errors in Blender include forgetting to paint vertices or weights, having more than four vertex weights, or having vertex weight values exceeding 1 due to a lack of normalization.
