This is a patch for the sex rune from the Bimbos of Skyrim mod for SexLab P+ users. It resolves a few issues and extends its functionality.

 

The sex rune is (in my opinion) a fantastic addition to the already amazing Bimbos of Skyrim mod. It opens up many possibilities for a sneaky mage/sorceress by "distracting" enemies (or allies, or himself/herself by accident) for a certain duration, or simply if you want to mess around a bit.

 

Therefore, I decided to publish my sex rune patch on its own dedicated mod page for anyone who might be interested.

All .esp files are ESL-flagged so it will not swallow the limited esp slots.

Note: If you are updating from the previous version of my sex rune patch (found in the Bimbos of Skyrim support forum), there will be orphan references in your savegame. It will not break your save file (most likely), but it is always recommended to use a save cleaner tool or start a new game.

 

Download Section

• BoS SexRune PPlus Patch: This is the base file. It fixes some issues and extends the functionality of the sex rune. Without the Extension file, the rune will visually behave like the default rune from Bimbos of Skyrim.
• BoS SexRune PPlus Extension: Adds a variety of additional characters that are chosen and spawned randomly when a target is hit by the rune. It also includes an MCM menu where you can select which characters to include. (SkyUI required)
• BoS SexRune PPlus Extension Botox Patch: Changes the appearance of the added characters (Botox for Skyrim SE required).

 

Requirements

• Bimbos of Skyrim
• SexLab P+
• Animations for SexLab P+ (FFM, MMF, FFF, MMM – whatever fits the characters you enable in the Extension MCM menu)
• OSL Aroused / SLO Aroused NG (or a similar mod for arousal)
• SkyUI SE (Required if you install the Extension file)
• Botox for Skyrim SE (Required if you install the Extension Botox patch)

 

Updating

Updates are generally safe for existing saves, as long as no rune is currently placed in the world. If you have placed a rune, make sure to destroy/trigger it before updating.

If you have already updated, destroy the rune from a distance (using projectiles or spells) without getting hit by it.

Should a future update ever cause issues with existing saves, I will explicitly mention it in the patch notes.

  It is highly recommended to use a mod manager like "Mod Organizer 2" or "Vortex" for many reasons.

   

  First you need a working Skyrim SE/AE setup which includes the Bimbos of Skyrim and SexLab P+ mods and their respective requirements.

  If you decide to try out the sex rune patch, you always want to download the "BoS SexRune PPlus Patch" first, since it is required for all of the other files.

How did I miss the rape runes addition to BoS

Hihi, by Malacath's bloody maw, even the wisest orc misses a rune now and then!

 

It is not your fault (almost), because you have to progress in the Lexanne questline until a certain point where you can find the spell book. And for that, you need to find Lexanne first. And for that you have to know that she exists. Also, the rune was introduced in Bimbos of Skyrim version 1.9.1. So it is not so long ago.

 The rape rune spellbook!
As most orcs (unlike that grumpy one at the college) I put the paper things in my backpack and never look at them again - especially since the cover had nothing colorful on it!
I'll do better and try it out this time around!

Found a game breaking bug in BoS SexRune PPlus Extension, If you do the main BoS panty raid quest, you enter Lyli room when you go to get the panty's and bras from ether the end table, chest and or dresser save the game and load said save the game crashes. iv tested it with the other 2 mods and they work fine.

Hi there! Thanks for reporting, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to reproduce this issue on my end.

 

To give you a bit of technical background: the files in this patch and/or extension do not alter any BoS quests or cell data. That means the mod itself doesn't actually touch Lyli's room or any containers, and the rune located in Lyli's room is also not one which gets modified by this mod.

 

Because of this, the crash is very likely coming from another source in your load order (such as a conflict affecting cell or container edits). I would recommend checking your crash logs or reviewing your load order to see if another mod is conflicting indirectly with that cell.

Test it on a new save, yeah your right it is my load order. I thought it was that mod since when it disabled it it seems to fix it but in reality it was my mod list that needs fixed.
