Exotic Dancer not going to work

There may be an obvious answer that I'm missing. I'm new to Sims 4, I played Sims 3 forever.  The problem I'm having is that my Exotic Dancer Sim is not going to work.  I installed Get to Work, My WW is up to date, and I have a Strip Club placed.  Am I missing something?  Any help would be appreciated.

If you're playing as the stripper, they won't go to work on their own. You have to manually send them to the strip club when you want to work. The good thing is, you don't have to follow the posted hours. Go whenever you want, and your coworkers and customers will show up.
