Immersive masturbation mod?

I would like to make a mod where when the player decides to masturbate from a keybind, it transitions to an animation sequence where you can control the masturbation.

The camera transitions to a closeup of the players vulva and there are two controllable hands. You can alternate between clitoral rubbing, vaginal fingering, and anal fingering. Each one having potential alternate animations so like you can rub slowly, fastly, or in a different style.

 

There would also be a camera for the players expression, and a peripheral vision on the right side so you can see your surroundings, toggled off.

 

You masturbate until you fill up a meter and gain specific status' like "Wet" or "Horny" or "Crazed"

There would be an orgasm and squirt option as well.

 

The hands and vulva can be seperate entities instead of manipulating the players bone structure 

 

There would also be tons of options for things like toys.

 

how hard would something like that be to implement? Is it an unrealistic scope for a modding project?

The best approach right now is to create a series of scripted animations featuring voice acting and dynamic facial expressions. The result would be something akin to the Flash games by ZONE. I’m not sure if rendering a separate camera for the face is feasible, nor is rendering the vulva and controlling the hands.
