Basically turning Skyrim into Umamusume

Heya I am in search of mods with which you can turn your character into a horse girl, like ears and tails etc, not a centaur but like the horse girls in Umamusume or the one new char from ZZZ. Thanks in Advance

I'm sure you're familiar with Devious Devices (NG) already? It provides hooves, tail and ears but they are all equippable gear in form of boots, plug and head gear.

At least the tails are pretty and have well working SMP physics. The ears have no physics unfortunately.

 

You can combine that with a mod like S.L.U.T.S and/or Devious Lore for the "Pony girl experience" (if that is your sort of thing).

 

If you're looking for actual body transformation mods I'm afraid I haven't found any good ones yet.

 

For tails you can search for "SMP tail" over at nexus. There are some mods but none of them are horse. There's fox, cat etc.

 

For ears you should try Dint999's mod over at Patreon. https://www.patreon.com/dint999/posts/face-part-mod-51534132

It provides ears with SMP physics. One pretty cool feature is that they can react to emotion (angry, blushing, troubled, puzzled).

Unfortunately they are cat ears and the mod hasn't been updated since 2021. But they are cute and they do resemble the ears you see in umamusume so you should at least try them out.

 

For animations I tried the "Toys and Love framework" a few years back and that mod had running/sprinting animations for the player character

where you could "gallop" on four legs in full "pony gear" (ears, tail, harness etc.). It was pretty cool and I haven't seen that being done in any other mod.
