WW autonomous sex off but not really off

The issue is that sims want to autonomously engage in sex even though sex autonomy is disabled. Each sim has autonomy for sex disabled too. I checked. Several times. Its really off. But occasionally I get a notification that they tried but failed. I thought I might be able to prevent the action if its "make a move" from WW thats automatically being triggered. So I searched for it using MCCCs tuner module for autonomy commands. But its nowhere to be found.

 

I added the wall signs that are supposed to prevent this on the entire lot. I tried one sign for each room and the one for the entire lot. I still get the notification. I also prevented any objects from being used.

 

If they cant have sex autonomously and autonomy is off, why the notification? Why are they trying despite autonomy being disabled?

 

It makes no sense yet.
