Mod Request "MOIKALOOP (Ghost Data - Full Bodied Video)"

Looking for a modder who can make a character replacer for Palworld based on the video in the title (the dancing woman, lingerie, 2-tone hair).  The outfit in the video would be the default skin, fully detailed (painted on look, pokies, camel-toe, etc.), 2-tone hair, hopefully a model where changing the skin, eye and hair tone applies in character creation, etc., but not an absolute must.  If the outfit needed to be slightly altered to avoid copyright challenges, that's fine but it needs to be just as spicey.  Skimpy/Revealing armor meshes optional but would be pretty cool.  Willing to discuss as a comissioned project.
