Transgender Inzoi body

So, I noticed that as a trans woman, I can't really create a trans Zoi in the game. If I use the female frame, she ends up being just a cisgender woman. If I use the male frame, it doesn't let me use female sliders or breast options. Does anyone know of a mod that could help with this? It’s completely ruining my immersion.

Still limited because the vanilla game devs suck ass, but anyway.

If you want anything vaguely similar to a transgender character > choose the frame that suits how you want them to look the most, get them looking how you want them to, and ignore the stupid CAZ 'gender identity' tag because it's crap and only decides what bathroom they use.
When in live mode and the transgender character is the active Zoi (with ZCC installed), press F8 to open ZCC.

Scroll to the Zoi panel and click it, locate the gender/sex tab and you will see several things.
1. A button that lets you swap how the Zoi physically looks (ie the body type).
2. A button that lets you swap how the Zoi physically functions (impregnator/impregnatable).
3. List of current data about their sex/gender.

If you do not want your transgender woman to get pregnant but want her to get others pregnant instead, you can swap their 'bio gender' (games ugly terminology, not mine. blame the devs) so she will still look female but function as an impregnator.
You can also change their height, so you can make a tall woman or a short man, though the game does not appear to save the height data on reload right now. (The modder said this feature is experimental.)

I use the door lock toggle under the World tab to stop my transgender man from being locked out of the men's bathroom, but he can still get pregnant and visibly looks like a short king, and gay men still try to romance him. He just can't use the urinal (again, that's the game devs fault for choosing to tie body functions to binary M/F tags.)

Obviously any mods that add genitalia may not line up with your desired Zoi's appearance; you can't decide if a transgender man can have a vagina instead of a penis, or a transgender woman have a penis instead of a vagina; because the core game is rooted in binary BS, genitalia mods are also stuck in binary terms. Until the game changes this (they won't) or modders do it themselves (I hope), we won't ever get authentic transgender representation int he game. (which is why i still recommend Paralives, which is far less conservative.)

Someone I know made a massive rant about how shocked they are that the LGBTQ+ community is raving about inZoi, but it's such a binary and restrictive game. Like, are these people playing the same game? When you have to use mods to hack at the game's code or constantly enter/exit CAZ to change their attraction, it's not something to be excited about. You can't even have greysexual or greyromantic characters; they're either allo or completely ace. Just like how they handle gender, there's no middle ground for anything. The only case where they added anything 'middle' is bisexuality. Can't even make butch lesbians because of the Aeyego garbage the game pushes; the sooner script modding comes out to fix this game, the better, because the devs won't do it (why would they? It was Asian The Sims. It wasn't made for Western audiences, but it's sold to us because Krafton needs money.)
