3BBB Vagina Self Collision Help

I've not had issues before but in my current install my characters vagina is completely fucked. It's jittering around and seems likes its self colliding and causing issues. Running 3BBB body, full SMP, PPA (if thats an issues for some reason), FSMP 4+.

 

Any ideas on fixing?

1. Which mod is providing the configuration file that affects the vag nodes, and why is it not 3BA?
2. What is your character wearing right now, besides the virtual collision mesh?
